These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of house washing services by Auckland House Washing ("Company"), a company registered and operating in New Zealand. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Services Offered 1.1. Auckland House Washing provides professional house washing and cleaning services to residential and commercial properties in the Auckland region. 1.2. Our services include, but are not limited to, soft wash, pressure wash, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and exterior surface treatments. 1.3. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
Pricing and Payment 2.1. The pricing for our services will be communicated to you upon request or during the consultation process. 2.2. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 2.3. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 2.4. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
Bookings and Cancellations 3.1. To schedule a service, you must contact Auckland House Washing through our designated communication channels. 3.2. Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by the Company. 3.3. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 3.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.
Customer Obligations 4.1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property, including any potential hazards or risks. 4.2. You are responsible for ensuring access to the property on the scheduled date and time of service. 4.3. You agree to secure or remove any valuable or delicate items from the area where services will be performed. 4.4. You acknowledge that the Company will not be held responsible for any damage caused to items left in the vicinity of the work area.
Liability and Insurance 5.1. Auckland House Washing carries appropriate liability insurance coverage for the protection of our clients, their property, and our employees. 5.2. The Company will take all reasonable precautions during the provision of services, but we do not assume liability for any damage or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control. 5.3. To the extent permitted by law, the Company will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
Complaints and Disputes 6.1. If you have any concerns or complaints regarding our services, please notify us in writing within seven (7) days of service completion. 6.2. The Company will investigate all complaints and attempt to resolve any disputes in a fair and timely manner.
Intellectual Property 7.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, associated with Auckland House Washing remain the property of the Company. 7.2. You agree not to use, reproduce, or modify any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Privacy Policy 8.1. Auckland House Washing respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws in New Zealand. 8.2. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction 9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. 9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Severability 10.1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement 11.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Auckland House Washing regarding the use of our services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
